On July, 12nd, 2011, president Rongcheng Ke of Yangcheng Electronics Int’l Ltd had visited IC market in KOREA personally and carefully analyzed and summed up the advantages and shortage of Electronic markets in China and Korea. Lacking of trust in Product quality and credit provided by Chinese market , Korea market always has concern to cooperate with China side. Agreement has been reached by company higher level members to found Branch company in business center of Seoul in order to provide instant and good services for Korean customers on July, 22nd, 2011.

The establishment of Branch Company not only can help to maintain good relationship with regular customers and easy develop new customers, but make stocks purchasing business much more convenient.
